Brief History of
the Rajajinagar Parents' Association (R.)
The
Rajajinagar Parents' Association (R) was formed by a
few enlightened parents of the locality in 1969 with
the sole purpose of starting educational institutions
to prevent the commercialization of education and to
provide facilities comparable to to the best offered
in the growing city of Bangalore, India. This vision
of the founding fathers of the Association has been
fulfilled and now the Association in running various
Institutions from Pre-Nursery to Degree classes under
a dedicated team of management, on a no-loss
no-profit basis. With all the savings, year by year,
the Association has constructed a magnificient
multi-storied building with 84 class rooms having
infrastructural facilities like a meeting hall, a
library, a computer room and well-equipped
laboratories. With these facilities, the Association
has grown into a full-fledged centre of culture and
education, sublimely combining tradition and
modernity. The institutions stand as a landmark in
the popular residence area of Rajajinagar, imparting
standard education to needy students - particularly
to the middle and lower middle classes.
Our
Institutions are offering quality formal education,
competent training in computers, excellent Physical
education, invaluable training in Music and Dance,
and above all, a sound moral education to nearly 3000
students every year for the last 28 years under the
stewardship of well trained staff.
